Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel offered a cozy and clean room, though a bit small. The friendly and funny service was exceptional, especially when I needed to extend my stay due to a knee procedure. The location was safe and quiet, being off the interstate in an office neighborhood. The dining experience was very good, with hot and plentiful options available. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with excellent service.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities, but there were some issues like bird poop on the window and spiders on the wall. The service was helpful but seemed inexperienced at times. The location was a good escape from the city, with easy freeway access, but lacked some softness and more immediate attractions. The dining options were just okay, nothing outstanding. The facilities were standard. Overall, it was a reasonably priced stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms were a bit small for our group of five, which was slightly uncomfortable, but the room with the king bed was spacious and attractive. The service was top-notch, with very friendly and helpful staff. The location was superb, away from the busy casinos, providing a great view of the mountains and easy access to important businesses and tourist attractions. The dining experience had both positive and negative aspects, with a good variety of items but marred by a loud TV commercial. The facilities were pleasant, and the hotel met my high expectations for a Hampton property.
